Thanks to Gurton's Auto sales we are " Living the Jeep Life!" this summer. We recently purchased a Jeep Grand Cherokee from Jarred and Neil and are very happy with the vehicle and with these guys! Neil oversaw the sale but Jarred was our main man and was very helpful from beginning to the moment we insured the Jeep. There is a very low pressure/no pressure feeling here and we appreciated that. Also had the opportunity to chat with Ben in service( great guy) as is the charming young man in the Detail Department who went above and beyond to help me coordinate a test drive when my work schedule was so hectic and continued to help with follow up communication. I have just purchased a 2013 Ford Escape from Gurton's Garage, what an incredible experience and team they have, completely no pressure, Neil and co worker went above and beyond to help with paperwork, I have been buying new and used cars for some 63 years (I am not telling you my age), never before have I come away feeling I have not been pressured into buying even from hi-end dealers. My mum got her car from Gurton's about 3 years ago and has raved about them ever since. When it was time for me to get a new car I quickly gave them a call. Turns out my dream car had just come in! Neil was absolutely incredible to work with, he was so kind, so helpful, easy to contact and made the whole experience so painless! He did an incredible detail of the interior, fixed the windshield and put on new side mirrors just in time for me to pick up. They are so relaxed and never make you feel pressured at all. My husband purchased a 2010 Subaru Outback from Gurtons Autosales in November. He was impressed at the friendly and respectful approach of the sales person, who explained everything clearly and was honest about what he didn't know. When the car had a significant malfunction 2 days after we bought it, Gurtons stood by their product. They towed it back to their shop and did the repair at no cost to us for labour even though they were not obligated to do so. I highly recommend this company and we are very happy with the car.
